I’ve been struggling to get rid of Comcast since I got it. I don’t need cable, I went 2 years without it in grad school, but I’ve been having a hard time letting it go.

In regards to your decision in discontinuing service with our company, I just wanted to let you know that we many options/packages that you can pick from to save money.
I understand the need for saving money especially in the economy that we are in. I am sure you can continue to enjoy your Comcast service with a low-rate package.
