Tiger Woods, its all good y'all? Not any more. I agree with a lot of your points and it's true that we really don't need nor desire another individual to eff things up just for the sake of effing up. As far as the union being destroyed, we often have to wonder if this union was substantial to begin with especially with the media count currently being 14 women, it's clear that Tiger stop caring along time ago. I feel like our community tends to place to many people on the pedestal and we become shocked and appalled by their hijinx, antics, and my word of the week "tomfoolery" though others may prefer shenanigans but we should never ever view any of these "celebrities" as more than human. So with all of that said, My view of Tiger hasn't changed because I knew "him" so I have to stones to throw but I hope that through his own condemnation that he finds his own form of redemption to make things right for his family. Again Ms. Reeves, great post.

I really appreciate your POV. Tiger Woods has been placed on a pedestal for so long especially by the Black community. While his personal life does not concern me, his transgressions make it obvious that he is not immune to making unethical decisions. It's such a shame that he so blatantly disrespected his marriage (whether or not you believe his marriage was a publicity stunt). Personally, I know it will be hard for me to look past these scandals. My image of him is forever tainted.
